Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and enter your registered email. We'll send a link to set a new password. If it doesn't arrive, check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Open Profile, then Settings. Your display name and email are at the top. For a new email, follow the confirmation link we send.

Open Profile, Settings, then Delete account at the bottom. Deletion is permanent: your biodata, photo, messages and wali details are removed too.

Once submitted, each biodata is reviewed by an admin, and you'll get a notification when it's done. If the admin leaves a note, fix what they asked and submit again.

Only members of the opposite gender whose biodata is also verified. Your real name, phone number, date of birth, workplace and parents' names are never shown.

Your photo is always blurred for other members. It is shown clearly only at the nadzor stage, and only to your ta'aruf partner.

Turn on Rest mode in Settings, then Privacy. While it's on, your biodata doesn't appear in search.

Open a biodata you're interested in, tap "Send a ta'aruf request", and write an introduction of at least 50 characters. You can have 3 requests waiting for an answer at once.

Yes, to the same person after 30 days. Accept it with an open heart; in sha Allah something better is coming.

You or that member are in a ta'aruf with someone else. The request isn't cancelled: it can still be declined, and accepted again once that ta'aruf ends. If that ta'aruf moves on to khitbah, held requests are cancelled.

A ta'aruf room lasts 30 days with 20 messages between you both. Then it moves on to nadzor or ends kindly. You can have only one active ta'aruf.

Nadzor is a meeting to see each other, with a wali or mahram present, in a safe place. The akhwat's wali contact is shared with the ikhwan at this stage, once she agrees.

Open their biodata or the ta'aruf room, tap the ⋯ menu, then Report. An admin will review it. You can also block them so you no longer see or contact each other.

Never transfer money or share financial details with another member, whatever the reason. Personal contacts may not be asked for before nadzor either. Report the member so an admin can act.

Details that identify you are never shown to other members, and ta'aruf rooms are overseen by admins. The Privacy Policy has the details.
